TIGHTLY PACKED FRESH BASIL LEAVES

TEASPOONS GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
1 1/2
TEASPOONS PINE NUTS
1 CLOVE
GARLIC, HALVED
4 (4OZ)
LEAN LAMB CHOPS
2 TABLESPOONS
PLAIN NONFAT YOGURT
VEGETABLE
COOKING SPRAY
Position
knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 4 ingredients.
Process until smooth. Transfer mixture to a small bowl; stif
in yogurt. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
Coat grill
rack with vegetable cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot
coals. Place chops on rack, and cook 5 minutes. Spread basil
mixture evenly over chops. Turn chops. Cook 5 minutes or to
desired degree on doneness. Garnish with fresh basil sprigs,
if desired.
